One of our clients in Milton Keynes is looking to fill approxilately eight roles due to expansion/gorwth. They are a fantastic company to work for, lovely plush offices, uncapped commission, some remote working and flexi Fridays, if all KPI's are acheived by end of play on a Thursday, Friday's off. The ideal candidate must have Recruitment agency experience within the commercial or Financial services or tech Domain.

* Managing key accounts

* Deliverying on all roles from lower level to high

* Negotiating with clients and candidates

* Influencing hiring managers on candidates/fees/salaries

* Advanced searches

* Using LinkedIn and Job boards

* Ful training given and support
