Key Responsibilities

* Collect data and investigate and resolve any errors with data collected.

* Validate data, problem solving any issues along the way.

* Support other departments in dealing with customer enquiries.

* Manage and understand the expectations of the customer and to ensure service lines are adhered to.

* Identify areas of inefficiency and suggest appropriate improvements.

* Resolve issues for the company and customer, taking full ownership and ensure timely, effective resolution
