I am proud to be supporting a leading publisher in their search for a Customer Service Team Leader, working within the Brokered Supply Chain Team. Sporting a family feel & committed to development, this company offers a great package & company culture.
About the role:
– Leading the supply chain team ensuring they exceed KPIs & deliver results on time
– Provide support to the team, driving efficiency & making improvements to the brokerage process
– To build & maintain Critical Date Paths, briefing the team & other relevant departments to ensure annual supply is delivered on the due date with the relevant documentation
– Analyse, investigate & authenticate sales analysis & product performance
– Present the above findings to the business along with future recommendations
– Build & maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholder & suppliers as well as the within the team
About you:
– Experience using SAP or MRP (essential)
– A background in Customer Service, preferably within a Management role (essential)
– Proven Stock Control experience (essential)
– Strong commercial awareness
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills
This an office based role & working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday & 09:00-16:30 on Friday.
