We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a highly successful manufacturing company within the foodservices and hospitality industry. The primary responsibility for this role will be processing orders and answering customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate orders are processed
* Liaise with customers regarding delivery
* Understand pricing requests and prepare written quotes for customers using specific system
* Answering customer queries via email
* Answering internal/external phone calls and respond in a timely manner
* Chase payments of invoices to ensure payments of debts take place
Key Skills
* Accurate order processing skills – essential
* Proven customer service skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent IT skills including excel
