Responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to emails from our customers within the required SLAs/KPIs.
Listening to and understanding the needs of the customer
Taking ownership of customer enquiries and responding to escalated customer issues or complaints in accordance with agreed procedures.
Administration of customer accounts, including data cleansing, setting up temporary accounts, collating reports, making bookings for additional services, dealing with invoice queries.
Working in conjunction with colleagues across our depot network to resolve customer queries.
Meeting established goals for all metrics, including call and case quality, productivity and call handling KPIs, to enable us to provide the best customer experience.
Completing proactive outbound calls to advise customers on changes to services or relaying other key information.Requirements
Must be self-motivated and driven with a positive can-do attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Customer focused, with a desire to take ownership of customer queries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be computer literate.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Salary of £21,500
37.5 hours per week with shift patterns covering the office opening hours of 8am to 5.30pm
