Reporting to the regional Manager, As Customer Care Manager, you will take responsibility for all the customer care projects working alongside the Installation teams around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Our client offers full autonomy to the right professionals with full back-office support.

Key Skills:

*

Managing the resolution of reported product/installation issues.

*

Coordinating employed labour force and ensuring their quality of workmanship is of a high standard.

*

Attending regular review meetings with our customers.

*

Ensuring area performance targets are achieved.

*

Administrative duties in accordance with the role.

We are wanting to speak with well organised, methodical, and professional individuals ideally from a KBB background, your understanding of the on-site issues faced by fitters and suppliers will be invaluable in this role, plus your attention to detail must be first rate.

We also want to make contact with individuals who are looking to make the step from Store Manager to a more field-based customer facing role and wanting to step up to a more career orientated management position.
