Covid-19 Testing Supervisor

Milton Keynes
Shift work: 4 days on – 4 days off
07:30 – 15:30 or 12:30 – 20:30 must be flexible to work either shift
Pay rates: up to £13.85ph

Gi Group are recruiting for capable Covid-19 Testing Supervisors to oversee the day to day testing station operations in Milton Keynes. These colleagues will work alongside both our Clients teams and other partners in the project.
Applicants MUST be in general good health and not classified as High Risk Groups.

Successful candidates:
– No long term medical conditions (due to the nature of the job)
– Must not be pregnant
– Physical ability to stand for several hours
– Willingness to work outside (weather protection will be provided)
– Flexible working patterns, hours of work to cover a working pattern over 7 days a week with rest breaks
– Full training will be provided
– Risk Status of family members in the same household
– Previous management experience

Duties include:
– Full personal protective equipment will be supplied in line with NHS standards
– Responsibility for staff welfare on site including rotas, breaks and lunches
– Ensuring facilities for teams are in place as planned
– Ensuring operatives have personal protective equipment and consumable in line with NHS standards
– Managing stakeholders including but not limited to Police, Security, facilities management
– Data capture of number of tests performed
– Reporting of incidents and resolution of site queries
– Onsite training oversight
– Health and safety
– Staff facilities including refreshments provided
– First aid support and facilities onsite
