We are recruiting for a Contract Manager based at a brand new facility in Milton Keynes. MK4 4BX.

About you:

We are looking for a well organised individual that is self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic and has a passion for people. You will form part of a team that will play an integral role to the fulfilment of the contract requirements.

As a Contract Manager your main focus will be: (but not limited to)

* Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled within the site.

* Instigate, develop and implement ideas and reporting which continuously improve the contract/business on agreement with the senior management team.

* Regular meetings with the client General Manager, 24-7 Manager and / or site senior teams to ensure quality service and clear operational action plans are met.

* Regular review of all KPI’s with on-site team (s) to ensure corrective action is taken following ‘smart’ specific/measurable/achievable/realistic/timely, objectives

* Support all aspects of recruitment on site and support the training team with new starter inductions

* Use a variety of media platforms to recruit new colleagues

* Support site with daily shift check off, address any absences and report to the customer

* Manage all agency colleagues time keeping & attendance and follow the correct processes to do so

* Control and plan operational supply

* Complete payroll each week ensuring smooth processes are in place to ensure all colleagues are paid correctly each week.

* On call for client on a shared basis with your team

As a Contract Manager you must be:

* Positive

* Motivational

* A team player

* Able to manage a team

Hours of work for a Contract Manager:

* 40 hours per week

* Flexi to client requirements

* Start as early as 07.00 – hours to be discussed further
