Job Title – Communications Manager
Location – Milton Keynes ( remote working until further notice)
Rates – £395.46 LTD/Umbrella £345.26 PAYE
**In Scope of IR35**
What you will do:
*Review initially identified stakeholders and their analysis and ensure the key messages for engagement and communications are aligned with appropriate group
*Write and send communications where agreed to appropriate audiences
*Manage all identified communication channels for all stakeholder groups and ensure accuracy of the information and appropriate level of the information and content is included in all
*Review, approve and issue proposed formal communications to the stakeholder groups
*Develop and implement appropriate communication strategies
*Identify Change agent network (Business Delegates) to help communicate change and report back on message adoption
*Develop and mange robust stakeholder engagement and communication plan including FQA for all stakeholder groups.
Your experience will include:
Essential
*Significant experience within corporate communications
*Proven track record in public relations activity in a high-profile organisation
*Excellent writing skills and ability to think strategically
*Excellent influencing skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Thorough knowledge of the media and how it operates
Desirable
*Educated to degree level
*Experience of working within an agency environment
