A 3PL distributor seeks a commercially aware logistics professional to take responsibility for a carrier network servicing a number of pharma contracts across Europe. You need to be able to demonstrate experience in contractual benchmarking and contract negotiations with parcel providers and have the ability to manage the carriers' daily performance. Your previous experience of monitoring KPIs and your commitment to continuous improvement initiatives will ensure the provision of a first class service . You will be an inspirational Carrier Manager with the ability to react to a ever changing landscape within the customer base.

The role is based in Milton Keynes, with a salary of c£32,000.

You must:

Have directly managed 3rd party carriers across Europe, such as DPD, Royal Mail etc
Negotiated rates with Carriers
Managed SLA's with Carriers
Set up new Carriers
Managed KPI's
