Caretaker

We are looking for an organsied team member who is able to work effectively in a team. You will have the ability to problem solve, organise and priorotise and have good oral and written communication.

As a caretaker you will work in a small team, working on a 4 week rota basis. An example of the hours are week days 7am-3pm, 2.30pm-10.30pm and weekends 8am-4pm and 4pm-9pm. You wil work on a 4 week rotating rota and will be required to work one wekeend in four.

Duties include but not limited to:
Opening and closing of the premises
Minor repairs and maintenance
Moving of furniture and equiptment
Emergency cleaning

Previous caretaker experience is desirable, however not essential
