We are recruiting on behalf of a mid sized Not for Profit care provider who run a successful portfolio of care homes across England.The Role:
This is an opportunity to take over the management of a 64 bedded Care home in Aylesbury which provides residential care for older adults who are living with dementia.The Challenge:
To improve all aspects of the home including care plans, taking a genuine person-centered approach to improving the lives of the residents and also staff wellbeing.
Ultimately, you will work closely with all stakeholders and build community links to develop a fantastic reputation for the home.About You:
With a strong work ethic, you will motivate and inspire your team to develop a strong culture.
Driving continuous improvements, you will be visible in the home with an open door policy, regularly communicating with your team members to ensure outstanding person centred care is being delivered, improving the lives of the residents and becoming known as the go to home in the area for people requiring specialist dementia care.
