A fantastic opportunity for a business change, L&D focused Project manager to join a rail organisation to work on some concurrent business change projects. This is an initial 6 month contract based out of Milton Keynes.

The Project Manager will be looking at systems in place to ensure workers have the required competencies to complete work to correct capabilities. Also looking at some supply chain management. Role will incorporating mapping the AS IS legacy systems, business change activity and training users on the agreed TO BE systems.

Successful candidate will have previous project management experience in business change programmes, ideally in the rail sector and with an IT bias. A background of learning and development would be ideal to guide internal stakeholders through updated processes. A motivated team leader would be perfect for this role with formal project management qualifications.

This role has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
