Business Change Manager
Nayr Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Change Manager based in Milton Keynes for 6 months temp contract.

Pay Rate: Umbrella – £350 to £400
Minimum Requirement:
* Security Clearance: DBS
* Identifying Change Management requirements.
* Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective.
* Change Management from concept to execution and review.
* Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.
* The successful candidate will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices. Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.
* Business Change Manager resource required within SCMO to support the existing business change team.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead and direct the SCMO communications and engagement strategy as required, identifying and initiating any requirements for campaigns to expedite the embedding of business change.
* Develop and enhance the Change Network capability within IT Services and Network Rail to enable the network to support change implementation across IT Portfolios and for Continuous Improvement.
* Lead in making sure that the business change activities are understood and built into the business change programme/project plans whilst leading compliance with company processes and procedures.
* Deliver end to end change projects in accordance to business standards across the Business community.
* Lead the formulation of and transition plans for project change with the business functions and stakeholders, agreeing all communications.
* Develop and manage relationships with the business community and stakeholders to support the development of all projects and to gain buy-in during project lifecycle.
* Control project change and risks on business change tasks, and provide all costs, contingency and programme details to enable the sponsor to direct change strategy and engagement.
* Provide detailed input for the compilation of the Business Plan and production of change and transition plans.
* Undertake and own lessons learned cycles whilst implementing quality and efficiency improvement initiatives for future enhancements.

* Experience of delivering business change on a large scale
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in creating and managing Change Networks
* Effective interpersonal skills and an ability to use influence to gain buy in to enable change to happen through others
* Demonstrated credibility and impact with senior stakeholders
* A drive to deliver tangible outcomes which meet business requirements
* An ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Change management accreditation or qualification
Desirable
* Commercial awareness
* Knowledge of Network Rail and the Rail Industry
* Consultancy or business transformation programme management experience
* Evidence of working in several different functions in a business change role
