Building Surveyor (Rail)

Contract role

Rate – £310 Umbrella / £235.82 PAYE

Location – South East/Milton Keynes

Inside IR35

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the team based in Milton Keynes on a contract basis.

Part of your responsibilities will include providing estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals. You will be undertaking physical inspections of railway infrastructure buildings.

You will have completed a RICS accredited course as a minimum, but ideally you will have a degree in building surveying (or similar) and hold an STE05 competence (not essential).
