We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 17 regions and 3 timber frame factories. Right now, as part of our continued growth plans, our newly formed Chilterns region are seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with an interest in estimating to join our expanding Commercial Team based out of our brand new offices in Milton Keynes.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside the wider Commercial team to assist with the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. In this newly created role, you'll work in support of a Quantity Surveyor and an Estimator and work across a variety of sites/phases.

Previous experience in a similar role is less important than a passion for the industry and a desire to create a career in the Commercial team of a major housebuilder, although candidates moving from a similar role would also be considered
