Asbestos Surveyor
Up to £32,000 + Benefits

An opportunity has now arisen for a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a team of energetic and driven Surveyors due to an increase in workload located across the M1 Corridor.
Our client is rapidly growing as a multi-disciplinary Health & Safety and Environmental consultancy, and is offering the perfect opportunity for you to get involved with a range of mainly Commercial based projects.
This role of Asbestos Surveyor will see you successfully complete all disciplines of Asbestos Surveys, including:
Management
Refurbishment
Demolition
Re-inspectionsYou will maintain and work in alignment to the HSG:264 Survey guide, and successfully submit all data and reports through an online application, for which you will receive initial training for. You will also liaise with clients and tenants alike to offer recommendations. You will also flexibility get involved with various Administration duties, ensuring that reports are checked.
To be considered, you MUST hold the BOHS P402 qualification (other BOHS 'P' certs are welcomed). You will also have:
Minimum of 12 months post BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveying experience – ideally Residential and Commercial properties
Hold a full UK driving license with the flexibility to travel where required
