I have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor Analyst/Consultant, to become part of one of the UK's leading Testing, Inspection and Certification companies, who are recognised on a global scale and have a huge network of offices and laboratories located across the world! As an Asbestos Consultant, you will be responsible for providing asbestos consultancy to clients, as well as carrying out site duties which include:

Conducting Management, Refurbishment/Demolition, and reinspection surveys across mainly commercial and industrial properties
Air monitoring and 4 stage clearance testing
Producing accurate asbestos survey and remediation reports
Project management of asbestos remediation works
Carrying out site risk assessments
Producing asbestos management plansEssential Requirements:

All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404/RSPH3 qualified
Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management
Excellent knowledge of current UK asbestos legislation
