RHL is working with a leading distributor of ingredients to the European Cosmetic, Personal Care and Toiletry industries in a key hire they are looking to make. With sourcing teams working globally to secure premium quality ingredients they work with the likes of Procter & Gamble, Avon, Coty, The Body Shop, Boots, Estee Lauder, Lush and many other multinationals,

They currently have a vacancy for a Technical Coordinator with great problem-solving, organisation and communication skills to join their Compliance Team. The companies' Compliance department is responsible for updating their technical databases, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements, and solving quality issues. The Technical Coordinator role involves:

* Helping to ensure that the Compliance department fully understands all required obligations under current and future Cosmetic regulations, and that they adhere to these regulations.

* Working with their R&D, Sales and Supply Chain departments to ensure that Compliance information is communicated appropriately.

* Communicating all regulatory obligations to their suppliers and customers.

* Maintaining their Technical Database and all product technical files, specifications and Safety Data Sheets.

* Discussing and answering customers' quality, regulatory and raw material questions.

The successful candidate will have a strong scientific education, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
