Leaders In Care is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work at a hospital in Maidenhead, providing care and recuperation for children and young people with mental health needs. As a collaborative and inclusive RMN in Maidenhead, you will receive a favourable salary of £19.50 – £22.50 p/h plus a generous £3,000 welcome bonus.

As a Registered Nurse specialising in mental health, you will be working in a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12 to 18 years. The residents have eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia, and other complex mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder and emerging personality disorder.

You will work as a healthcare provider according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for a defined group of residents. To give you a clearer idea of the nursing role, if you were currently doing this job, here are some things you would have done last week:

Protecting and supporting the health of individual residents
Assessing care and health education needs and delivering programmes of care including discharge planning
Gaining experience, under supervision, in clinical practice, facilitation and teaching and management
