Senior Nurse – Neuro Rehabilitation – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire – Up to £18.30 per hour

38.5 hours per week (mixed 12-hour shifts)

We are currently recruiting for a senior nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to lead a team in a Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. They are looking for a senior nurse with experience in complex care, neurological and/or acquired brain injury care.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team working in partnership with the NHS, in providing necessary support to people who have suffered a brain injury. The centre has excellent facilities, expertise and resources.

Achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care
Ensure effective communication systems are in place and used appropriately
Work collaboratively with the team through effective leadership and motivational skills
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents/patients from admission to discharge
Look after allocated residents/patients and ensure involvement in all aspects of the rehabilitation programme
Writing multi-disciplinary team reports & attending case reviews
Ensure that all relevant codes of practice and regulations
Ensure ongoing Professional Development is maintainedThe successful applicant for this Senior Nurse role must have:

Nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with valid NMC PIN (required)
Extensive experience in complex or neurological care (required)
Driver's license
