An exciting opportunities have arisen with an established private dental practice in Milton Keynes for a full time Senior Qualified Dental Nurse.  

Ideal candidates would have good communication skills, be highly motivated and enjoying working within the friendly team in place.

Duties are to include:

Preparing work areas for patient treatment and preparing dental materials and equipment

Assisting the Dentist during the treatment

Cleaning and sterilizing Instruments

Disinfecting work areas and instrument reprocessing

HTM-01-05 policies, procedure and surgery audits

Assisting with apprentice nurse training

Senior Dental Nurse skills and experience:

Confidence and strong communication skills

GDC Registered

Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits

Update patient records

Set up decontamination of instruments

Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists

Undertake some reception duties

Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus

Provide excellent patient care

Benefits:

ongoing training available, leading to hourly bonuses

The job is Full-time, permanent and salary is negotiable dependant on experience with OTE expected of £25 – £33K
