Your role as Sales Trainer is a brand new opportunity to help the training process within a fast growing consultancy. Sales Trainer duties will include working closely with the Sales Director and CEO to gain industry and product knowledge as well as being at the forefront of designing new training programs and approaches for existing staff as well as new staff joining as part of their new expansion plans across all experience level.

You will also need to engage with the recruitment team to increase candidate attraction and create a candidate pipeline.

What's previously required?

Experience using a CRM system – Tempre, LMS, Retinue, NHSP, Brookson or 247 is preferable
A proven background in Corporate Sales or Recruitment
Experience as a Sales/ Corporate Trainer with outstanding coaching and sales skills
Healthcare background is advantageous
Excellent communication skills
