Regulatory & HR Compliance Lead
Based in High Wycombe
£28 – £33k
Our client stock and supply over 35,000 products for the dental industry. They also run in-house and outsourced training courses on the latest in CAD/CAM and most techniques and processes from the industry’s top manufacturers.
The function of the Regulatory & HR Compliance Lead is to ensure that the business is at all times, compliant with industry practices, internal processes, employment law & HR resolutions.
The Regulatory & HR Compliance Lead with provide regular updates to the wider management team, highlighting outstanding industry or HR issues and providing them with assistance to ensure resolutions are correct. They will liaise closely with each department manager to help review and change internal processes to become more effective and efficient.
Duties:-
* Proactively audit processes, practices and documents.
* Assist in business preparation for audit.
* Set plans to manage compliance violation & product recalls.
* Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
* Being available to answer questions and provide guidance.
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Oversee employee services such as health and safety.
* Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
