Hourly Rate: £19 per hour

Night Shifts: Full Time – 33 hours per week

Shift Time: 8-8

Here at Willing Care we are seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) for one of our very established clients.

Our client requires a confident nurse, with previous nursing experience to join their dedicated nursing team.

The successful candidate will monitor the health and wellness of their residents, assist in training and the monitoring of medication care administration, communicate with resident’s support services and families, and maintain clinical quality assurance.

The role of a Registered General Nurse (RGN) within the Centre involves:

* Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.

* Creating individualised care plans.

* Updating care plans regularly.

* Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.

* Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual’s needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.

To be considered for this role:

* Have a Registered General Nurse Qualification (RGN)

* Have an active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN

* Have a clear DBS
