Better Healthcare Services are recruiting for RGN's and RMN's to provide to nursing homes around Buckingham area. You will need to have a passion for caring for the elderly and flair for helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings.

Benefits

£19.00 – £32 per hour pay. Enhanced rates for weekends, nights and bank holiday

Limited company nurses welcome- or umbrella compnay is offered 

Flexible hours available, including days, night and weekend. We will work fully around your availability

Responsibilities

Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met

Leading, motivating and mentoring the team and delivering clinical guidance to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

Generally promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement

Administer medicines as required by the home in accordance with the homes' policies and procedures

Work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice and within the homes' policies and procedures

Provide support to care staff

Qualifications and Requirements

Nurse registration and a valid NMC pin

Driving is desirable

Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Registered Nurse
