About the Role

Work for a high end luxury provider, working autonomously for 7 Homes in a residential setting and supported to enact change and decisions independently. This developing provider offers good salary, good work life balance and progression.

As Regional Manager you will also receive a competitive salary of up to £70,000, 33 days annual leave and mileage and bonus

As Regional Manager in the Midlands to the South, you will be working for a family orientated provider who place their emphasis on quality and have a culture of kindness that means the staff are positively motivated, in a style that makes you enjoy your work.

The provider provides personalised care and for small number of residential services. The Homes are predominantly good for the Region and everyone Home has a Manager and with more homes coming on board there is still yet more room for progression to create a career rather than just a job.

Requirements

To apply, you will need to have:

Regional Manager background in nursing or residential care homes
Proven experience at Regional or Home Manager level with good or improved CQC reports
Established turnaround or multi-site experience in quality, regional support, operations
Experience using Care systems such as Datix, PCS, Atlas and MiCarePlans

If you are a friendly Regional Manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users, then this could be the job for you.
