We are recruiting for a compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our growing team in Buckinghamshire.

Community Paediatric Nurse Permanent Position – You will be working within a patients home or school and will be an integral part of their continuing care, following bespoke training and supervisions.

Salary up to £43,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance
Mon – Fri – 9am till 5pm

Job Overview

Caring for patients in their own home/at school, delivering person centred care to in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of clinical leads.
Learning to use complex care equipment and carry out complex care procedures, administering medication, adhering to care plans, manual handling
Building rapport and level of trust with families
Supporting clients outside of the house where required i.e., medical appointments
Improving and maintaining skills throughout the package duration and as the patient develops.
