What you will do as Outpatients Manager:
* Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will offer highly visible and supportive leadership to the outpatients and pre-assessment teams at both sites, working with them to ensure high levels of customer service.
* Be responsive to patient feedback, this business is always looking for ways to improve their service.
* We are looking for someone with a proven track record within outpatients, with great communication skills and a passion for customer service. You must have an active NMC registration.
