This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist to join our clients Discharge to Assess Team in Buckinghamshire. This is an initial 3-month contract which will be reviewed, with flexible working from home options available.

To work in the Discharge to Assess team – City wide service across Bristol providing assessments & discharge planning for service users from out of hospital assessment beds in a variety of care home settings
The team assess for "out of rehab beds" and also residentialRequirements of this Occupational Therapist role include:
