Occupational Therapist – Discharge to Assess – Buckinghamshire – up to £32 per hour
Contract: initial 3-months which will be reviewed
We are currently looking for an experienced occupational therapist, to join our clients Discharge to Assess Team in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team.

To work in the Discharge to Assess team – City wide service across Buckinghamshire providing assessments & discharge planning for service users from out of hospital assessment beds in a variety of care home settings
The team assess for "out of rehab beds" and also residentialRequirements of this Occupational Therapist role include:
HCPC registered
Eligible to work in the UK
