Occupational Therapist – Community Project – Buckinghamshire – £34 per hour

Contract: 4 months minimum contract, which will be reviewed for extension

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client's Community Project in Buckinghamshire. The successful Occupational Therapist will be completing assessments in care homes and services users homes and will become part of a highly skilled and dedicated multi-disciplinary team.

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate must have manual handing experience, and equipment provision.

Have a hands-on approach with rehabilitation goals and treatments
Complete and update care plans for the reablement staff to follow
Communicate closely and effectively in order to maximise rehab potential and complete paperwork efficiently and comprehensively
Work both independently and as an effective team member alongside the other health and social care servicesEssential requirements of this Occupational Therapist role include:

Qualified Occupational Therapist, with a valid HCPC registration
Post qualified experience in a similar setting
