As National Theatre Lead, you'll direct a high-quality and safe standard of care across each service by coaching and supporting local theatre leads and their teams across the eye hospitals and managed services.
You'll use your ophthalmology experience to work closely with the Head of Quality, Director of Operations and the Medical Director to ensure national policies reflect excellent practice consistent with current legislation, alongside supporting and advising teams in implementation, monitoring compliance and working with local leaders to improve services.
The successful inclusive candidate will also deliver significant results for all metrics across key responsibilities: leadership; policy; procurement and site development; safety; support and development; and governance.
You must be a Registered General Nurse with a clinical/nursing qualification (RGN) at degree level; a management or leadership qualification is also desirable. As well as in-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process, you'll need experience of: managing organisational change effectively, leading to service improvement; auditing and compliance; and coaching and supporting staff to a high standard.
