Sanctuary Mental Health are looking for a Mental Health Nurse to work at the Primary Care Service based in Milton Keynes.
It will be for six months at least. Hours of work will be Monday – Friday (9-5)
The post will be seeing mild to moderate mental health presentations in primary care and providing up to 6 sessions of follow up
Rate £26ph
