Marketing and E-Commerce Lead

Based in High Wycombe

£28 – £33k

Our client stock and supply over 35,000 products for the dental industry. They also run in-house and outsourced training courses on the latest in CAD/CAM and most techniques and processes from the industry’s top manufacturers.

The function of the Marketing and E-Commerce Lead is to successfully communicate updates & changes of our pre-existing & upcoming digital platforms to our customer base and internal stakeholders. This will include the pending implementation of our new customer web-shop.

The role will report to the Customer Service Manager and liaise with the Compliance Lead to ensure comms are industry compliant, effective and successful in helping to increase revenue through these digital platforms.

Duties –

* Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.

* Contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.

* Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews.

* Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.

* Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights and developments to encourage sales in our web-shop.

* Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

* Producing and editing content like social media posts, videos, presentation decks and webinars
