JustOT are recruiting for an experienced, HCPC registered, Locum Band 6 Discharge Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in Buckinghamshire. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday to start immediately.

This role will involve providing home assessments, discharge from hospital, and following up appointments and triage.

Rates: £21 – £23 p/h
Start Date:ASAP
End Date: Ongoing

Must have experience in A&E, Discharge planning and have good knowledge of Community Services.
