Locum Consultant Psychiatrist- inpatient units
TDM Consulting is currently recruiting for a new locum opportunity based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You will be working as a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist for 20 bedded (reduced to 17 currently due to COVID) in the female inpatient ward, supported by full-time speciality doctor and 2 junior doctors.
Most of the assessments are face to face and digital or by telephone appointments can be offered. Remote working may be considered for one day/ week at a later date.
The role is an immediate start initially for a period of 6 months, with a possibility of extending on a long-term basis. The proposed hours of work for the roles are Part time/full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 0900:17:30.
The role requires a candidate who has:
1. Section 12 approval/ Approved Clinician status
2. Enhanced DBS
3. Relevant previous experience
4. Full GMC registration
5. Specialist register (desirable)
