An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Administrator to join a successful and growing team within a prestigious company that rewards, offers career progression, flexible working initiatives and values its employees. The successful candidate will be responsible to perform a variety of administrative and e-learning tasks for the L&D function within HR, primarily supporting internal and external Learning Management Systems (LMS).
We are looking for an individual with:
* Previous experience of supporting a busy L&D function, ideally within a highly regulated environment
* Knowledge of Articulate software is desirable, with the ability to create compelling online learning modules
* The confidence to effectively manage relationships both internally and externally and at all levels
* A good level of proficiency with IT, specifically MS Office applications
* Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
* A detail orientated and solution-driven approach, with a view to providing first-time, high-quality output
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating LMS administration including creating events, courses, and modules, responding to requests for learning, recording classroom training attendance and filing hard copies of training logs, collating and filing training evaluations.
* Creation and maintenance of role-specific training curricula for the functional groups.
* Liaising with functional training specialists to ensure that curricula are accurate and reflective of their training requirements.
* Collating training and compliance metrics, preparing reports for auditors.
* Liaising with HR and Line Managers to ensure that curricula are assigned to new starters and that the required training is scheduled during their induction.
* Creating records for new employees in the LMS and training them as part of their induction.
