Leaders in Care has an excellent opportunity for a Milton Keynes-based experienced nurse with unit manager and or clinical lead nurse experience. Our client's vacancy is for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work at an award-winning care centre run by a private healthcare provider. The role commands a competitive salary of £20.30 p/h.

Run by one of the Sunday Times' 'top 100 companies to work for in 2019', this service is a centre of excellence within complex care. It provides specialist rehabilitation, care and support to male and female adults in the post-acute phase who are ready to step down into the community.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN, RNLD or RMN qualified) with a current NMC PIN registration, the successful candidate will already have experience working as a senior staff nurse, clinical lead or unit manager. You'll need to show you have the necessary clinical skills for advanced complex care, and be adaptable, well-organised and able to manage time and workload effectively. You will also need to have a legal right to work in the UK.

Primary responsibilities for this Clinical Lead Nurse role include:

Providing practical, emotional and supervisory support to a team of nurses and care staff
Leading by example in all matters, ensuring high standards of care are met
Keeping comprehensive online records relating to admin aspects of the unit

This is a full time, permanent position with flexible working hours.
