SALARY: Circa £60,000 – £70,000 negotiable

The Role: Health Care Key Account Manager, Medical Sales Account Manager, Healthcare Sales Representative
With ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation, we are energised to strengthen and expand our incredible sales team with the addition of a Health Care Key Account Manager to:
· Fully immerse themselves into the involving Medical / Health Care Infrastructure Sector across the south-central region.
· Conduct pre-sales development, identifying and nurturing a sales pipeline, presenting, and securing new projects within existing accounts.
· Increase our understanding and visibility within accounts through regular, qualified, client visits.
· Establish complex project requirements, understanding the limitations, time constraints and stakeholders involved.
· Build and strengthen effective business partnerships with project teams, clinical specialists, contractors, ICT teams and third parties.
· Expand your industry knowledge, being aware of trends, threats, and challenges.
· Enrich our team and client offering through innovating, sharing knowledge, and fine tuning your skills.
Who you will be:
We are open on industry exposure but ultimately you will already demonstrate a successful sales record (long lead times) within your career.
As well as:
· Displaying the highest level of customer care, someone who effectively listens and has a partnership approach.
· Being commercially astute, displaying a sharp mind for actively negotiating and securing project commitment within existing clients.
· Exceptional stakeholder management (both vertical and horizontal) across client, third party and internal teams.
· Demonstrating strong problem-solving techniques with attention to detail and effective organisation skills.
· An engaging demeanor and effective communicator.
· Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within territory is essential.
