The Imaging Managers that we represent tell us that the challenge of recruiting and deploying teams that significantly vary in skill mix can consume and detract their focus on planning strategic goals. We are working with a hospital that solves this problem, their imaging teams have access to specialist clinical training and manage a diverse case mix – their highly complex acute procedures drive a need for their people to be multi-disciplined.
Are you seeking a role where you will be empowered to cultivate a people-centric workplace, focused on behaviours and competencies that will increase engagement and performance levels? Perhaps, you strive to deliver a more rewarding experience for everyone involved and want to be accountable for realising this exciting vision.
4 great things about this hospital:
* A premium private healthcare group, this business has a reputation for providing excellent care with great management teams in place, they are committed to evolving their business and their people.
* Grounded in governance – Patient safety is central to them achieving an overall ‘Good’ rating with excellent levels of patient satisfaction.
* Work with a supportive and passionate team who love what they do. Join a business where new ideas are encouraged; staff wellbeing is prioritised, and achievements are celebrated.
* Autonomy – This is an exciting career move and an opportunity to implement positive change and be recognised for it.
The Director of Clinical Services stated, “This is a key appointment to our leadership team, I’m looking forward to working with someone that has a breadth of experience and can empower and strengthen what is already a highly effective imaging team.”
