Job Title: HomeCare Technology Consultant

Salary: up to £24000 depending upon experience
GoTo Resourcing is looking to recruit a Homecare Technology Consultant. Full-time working 37.5hrs a week 5 days of 7, based out of a site in Aylesbury, HP19, UK. Salary range is between £18000 and £24000 depending upon experience. You will have a history of working in care to be eligible to apply for this role. Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Occupational Therapy Assistant or similar. You ideally will have experience of working with Disabled Adults and older people. Please only apply if you hold a full UK driving licence.

Skill and experience requirements:
* Empathetic Nature and person centred
* Good level of education of 4 GCSE or higher
* Experience of working within healthcare
* Experience of working with disabled Adults and older people
* Assessment skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good communication, listening skills on the telephone
* Full UK driving licence
The role of a Care Technology Consultant:
With support and supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, the role will be to assess individuals for the use of TEC (Technology Enabled Care) and Telecare in a community environment, then implementing the simple install of this equipment (very light manual work, use of small drills and screwdrivers) You will also deliver, collect, install and demonstrate, repair and maintain care technology equipment, including telecare
A Care Technology Consultant will be responsible for:
Completing person centered, strength and outcomes-based assessments for people who have been referred to the Technology Enabled Care Service. (TECS). This will be done in people’s own homes across the county, travelling by driving a commercial vehicle.
You will support people of all ages to maintain their health and wellbeing, including those people who are leaving hospital or to prevent the need for them to use other health and social care support.
