Milton Keynes / £65,000 – £75,000 PER ANNUM / Permanent

Time Recruitment are selecting a Home Manager for a prestigious state of the art nursing home service. The role will be to work with a leading care provider that have services across London, Essex, Cambridge, and Milton Keynes area.

We are looking for a Nursing Home Manager to run the flag ship 117 bedded service. The company is highly regarded family run company that have been established since 1989 with over 31 + years extensive experience the client is very well respected and a renowned luxury healthcare provider.

The service has a Good CQC in all 5 domains and offers residential, nursing, and residential memory care for those living with dementia. It also has a luxury therapy room, games room, beauty salon and hair salon. The successful candidate will be an experienced Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin and a proven track record of improving standards within a home with excellent business understanding.

Home Manager Position Overview:

* Senior Manager within the Company, leading the home forward
* Must have experience in managing large services from 80 + beds
* Responsible for recruiting, managing, leading and motivating all staff within the home
* Ensure quality person-centred care is consistently delivered and the excellent reputation of the company is maintained
* Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified)
* Strong Commercial awareness and business acumen.
* Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
* Experience of working with Dementia Care

Home Manager Renumeration:

* £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
* Pay review after a successful probation
