We are currently looking to recruit for a Project Manager for our client who are a global Pharmaceutical company within the Animal Heath sector.

The main purpose of the role is to work closely with, and supporting site-based Project Group and Engineering, working across the business with key stakeholders to compile, manage and implement, investments, improvements and enhancements to our process technology platforms, utilities and infrastructure.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.

* Adherence to project budgets and schedules.

* Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, standards, behaviours and regulations.

* Ensuring adherence by all personnel and contractors to the high-risk work and Contractor Management programs.

* Engage with EPCM partners.

* Manage change.

* Ensure MSD engineering, safety and environmental standards are met in design and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications

Essential

* Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline required

* 5+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required

* Experience with manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred

* Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software and tools

Key Specialist Skills

Essential

* Experience in improvement and engineering/ technology project implementation

* Significant experience in M&E design

* Construction Industry experience

* An understanding of vaccine manufacturing processes

* In depth knowledge of cGMP

* Experience of managing multiple contractors in a GMP environment

* Excellent collaborative team skills

* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

* Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software and tools

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* High personal integrity, credibility and energy

* Decision making, with the ability to analyse issues from multiple angles, drawing accurate well thought out conclusions in a timely fashion

* Ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage time, meet deadlines and produce quality deliverables

* Openness to, and the ability to affect change, through coaching, motivation and mentoring

* Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and own and drive solutions through to resolution and closure
