Digital Equipment Service Engineer

50% travel around 2000 client sites in UK after a training period

Salary- £30,000 – £35,000 p.a.

Our client are a leading Healthcare Product company and they are rolling out a new desk top Digital Machine and are seeking to recruit a Digital Equipment Service Engineer, who will be responsible for installation of equipment on client sites, initial training and then follow on servicing.

This role would suit a candidate who has previously worked as a Service Engineer, who can manage customers expectations, is a problem solver and is risk adverse. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Production Manager and be an integral part of the manufacturing team. Excellent knowledge will be required in Heath and Safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be supporting the customers needs and requirement and will work collaboratively with the in-house team and technical support teams in all aspects of the role.

Full training will be provided and our client would require you to have an understanding of the full range of accessories and materials associated with all relevant equipment and to be able to demonstrate effectively. Monthly targets and KPI's will be given to achieve.

This role will require the successful candidate to stay away from home a reasonable number of nights per month in order to fully complete the relevant job tasks
