This is an opportunity to join an experienced and forward-thinking dermatology service at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, provided by Virgin Care. Our service delivers a full range of dermatology services which include patch testing, phototherapy, and complex minor ops.

Main Responsibilities
Your days will be rewarding and fulfilling and include; providing professional, managerial and clinical leadership for the nursing team and supporting the Clinical Lead and Service Manager to deliver efficient services that meet or exceed required quality standards within the Dermatology Service.
As a Dermatology Nurse you will contribute to the development of a clinical strategy and pathways of care within the Dermatology Service, with a focus on improving the consistency of the patient experience across the services within the region.
About You
If you are a registered nurse with NMC registration and have post registration experience in dermatology services, we’d love to talk to you about having you join the team.
We have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields. You’ll have the option to join your clinical specialism, networking with professionals from across the country. We get together regularly, auditing and sharing standard methodology for innovation and service re-design. You’ll be a part of the pool of subject matter experts bringing together clinical and operational leads. You will be a part of quality improvements, research, and development activities. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel
