Salary: £27,500 + Bonuses 26% of basic salary
Hours: 37.5 per week ( Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm/ 1 hour lunch break)
Our prestigious and award-winning client who is renowned for valuing their employees is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to join their highly successful team.
In order to apply for the role of Customer Service Specialist position, you will need to possess solid experience in providing support to managed service contract customers, ensuring that the service level agreements in place are adhered to at all times.
You will be working in the UK Customer Support Centre in Milton Keynes to deliver a seamless consolidated service for their technical and product enquiries. This will include the distribution of calls arriving to the appropriate individuals’ companies. All incoming telephone support calls will need to be accurately recorded and customers responded to within set response KPI targets. All Customer support must be delivered to high industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Management of customer enquiries, methods such as e-mail will be the Customer Service Specialists responsibility.
Collation of statistics and report creation for customers under the requirements of the contract and working with both internal staff and partner supplier companies to collect this data.
Partner supplier product services will need to be monitored and managed to ensure these are performed in good time as required to help maintain product up-time
The successful candidate will act as the internal ‘champion’ of the Primary Managed Service Contract customers and will work closely with Account Managers so that the customer receives the highest quality service.
Person Specification
* This position requires a confident person with a drive to achieve results in their specialist customer service role and administrative area of expertise.
* A good communicator and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
* Personable nature with good social skills enabling them to effectively communicate with customers, build relationships and install confidence at every customer interaction.
* A person who is also continually looking to improve themselves and the working environment.
Essential skills:
Educated to A level standard or equivalent
Knowledge of managed service contracts
Previous experience of independency working
Comprehensive Skills in Microsoft Office
Management of report creation
Flexible and willing to travel
At least 3 years’ experience within a customer service environment and good administrative skills.
Desirable Skills:
Qualification in Customer service
Extensive experience within a contact centre environment
Experience within the medical industry would be advantageous
