Redline are working alongside a client working on high precision scientific instrumentation who are looking to secure a Contract Mechanical Design Engineer. This is to work on a long term contract which falls OUTSIDE IR35.

Working within a collaborative team, the Contract Mechanical Design Engineer will support full design from concept, take part in design reviews and ensure designs are transferred effectively to manufacturing.

As the Contract Mechanical Design Engineer you will need:
– Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD package
– Background with electro-mechanical products
– Good knowledge of GD&T
– High precision experience
