Job Purpose Summary:
To provide excellent customer service by communicating with multiple internal functions and stakeholders to support delivery of external products and services for clinical trials projects, in-line with customer expectations & requirements.

*Problem identification & resolution skills
*Understanding of MS office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Desirable:
*Experience in a clinical trials environment (Sponsor/CRO/Site)
*Experience of demonstration / training
*Understanding of GCP
Key Responsibilities:
*Taking responsibility for some day-to-day aspects of clinical trials projects, including customer communications & reporting
*Attending and documenting internal & external project meetings
*Writing and updating study related documents
*Ensuring compliance with GCP and QMS
* Assisting with reporting on study progress
*Assisting with problem/issue identification, resolution and prevention
*Internal and external training (Investigator meetings, on site, telephone/web)
*Supporting the appropriate generation and storage of study related documents
*Routine administration of project services
