Clinical Team Leader
up to £40,000 per annum + £3000 welcome bonus
Maidenhead

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join a CAMHS Team and provide high quality nursing, clinical, personnel and leadership for the Eating Disorders Unit in Maidenhead.

The hospital is a 60 bed Tier 4 CAMHS hospital which, in addition to Eating Disorders, also has units for Adolescent Care and Acute Psychiatric Care.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the services and coordinating its operations as well as train, supervise, appraise, line manage and retain all nursing and support staff for the service.

The salary on offer goes up to £40,200 with a £3000 welcome handshake (split over 18 months).

Due to the nature of this role, it is imperative that you are a NMC registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years previous Ward Management experience (preferably within CAMHS although a strong Mental Health experience is also ideal). You must also be able to demonstrate continued. This role will require a clean DBS check.
